| By the Order of His Most Apostolic and Imperial Majesty William V, by the Grace of God the Emperor of Luthori, Alduria, Namviet, Talmorschland, and of his other Realms and Territories King, Defender of the Fatih, King of Kings Ruling over Rulers, His Majesty's Government does publish the following Bill of Attainder, which does punish, without recourse of legal trial, the foreign potentate now residing in Luthori known to us as Matthew Zachary, his Accomplices, Accessories, Aiders and Abettors, for the crime of High Treason. We bring this charge upon the following grounds: I. That on diverse occasions Matthew Zachary has attempted by means of legislation to usurp the throne of Luthori from its rightful owner, which is His Most Apostolic and Imperial Majesty William V, to extend dominion for his own dynasty over Luthori. II. That on diverse occasions has Matthew Zachary attempted to foment civil war in Luthori, in order to effect usurpation of the throne of Luthori from its rightful owner, which is His Most Apostolic and Imperial Majesty William V, to extend dominion for his own dynasty over Luthori. III. That Matthew Zachary has made numerous and well-known attempts to destroy the Luthori nation by passing Bills of Unconstitutional and Un-Luthori nature, demanding the total abolition of our armed forces. That this abnegation of the first duty of government does leave him damned in the eyes of every people and nation. These grievous misdemeanours being crimes, which we, the government of the Holy Luthori Empire, in conjunction with His Most Apostolic and Imperial Majesty, do find to constitute the crime of High Treason, the punishment for which by law and Holy Writ, is death by hanging. For reasons of protocol, we give Matthew Zachary this one last opportunity to defend himself and to quit this realm of Luthori alive. |
