| Message | Mr. Speaker, Rutanians have asked for the leadership of the OCPS, and it would not be fair if the parties try to prevent a change of government. The Rutania People's Party is not at all a reliable party, having not voted in all the bills proposed since the creation of the OCPS. This being the case, the remaining parties cannot institute a majority among themselves without the support of the OCPS or the RPP. So I urge the members of this Parliament to go along with this cabinet proposal. Rest assured, the UPR and the LFP will not be required to vote in favor of OCPS bills and vice versa.
