| Message | Bringing Terran Patriarchalism back as the state religion is a violation of the First Amendment of the Constitution of Deltaria, which states: "The Legislature shall make no provisions regarding a political religious establishment, or any provisions regarding the prohibition of freedom to exercise thereof, thus allowing the populous to observe any religion as is seen fit." DUCE can not ascertain the exact date of ratification, but this amendment was ratified at least before 3075, and thus should be remembered by the honourable members of the DCF.
