| PREAMBLE: "THERE is nothing more dangerous to the modern Pontesi man than the hateful influence of our enemies to the South. Therefore the M.A.R.C. proposes a three pronged preemptive assault on these aforementioned influences to prevent the elimination of the Pontesi way of life. ARTICLE I: “WE can no longer allow those of Selucio-Barmenian descent the privilege of Pontesi citizenship. The destruction of a Pontesi Airliner, caused by a Barmenian terror group, is ample enough evidence of their contempt for our people’s lives. If we are to prevent further Barmenian strikes against our people, we must keep them under a tight leash. From this point on, those of Barmenian descent must register with the government, so as to keep them under the watchful eye of the Dynastic Empire. They may live here in Pontesi under certain restrictions, and must submit to searches and guidelines as to how they live while remaining here. ARTICLE II: ALL of this will be done through a M.A.R.C. led Values Council, which will discern which is pro-Pontesi behavior, and will enforce that which it proclaims accordingly. A special division of the M.A.R.C. guard will be formed under the name “Pontesi Anti-Terror Alliance” (PATA) and will enforce the law and actively search for Barmenian terror cells. The PATA will have authority over matters of immigration control and border security, and will use its power to prevent further assaults through Barmenian terror cells. ARTICLE III: THE Barmenian Cat Cult is hereby banned in the Pontesi Dynastic Commonwealth. Those who do not follow this edict will be rooted out by the P.A.T.A. and the M.A.R.C. Guard. The Cat Cult is a dangerous influence and an enemy to the Pontesi way of life. |
