| Message | Lady Victoria, you are not bulletproof. Viktor Kozlov, Secretary of Karav Manor - OOC: no, this treaty doesn't lock any laws based on ideological debate. It's just to keep the system in-tact. I hate treaties as well. I withdrew from a treaty allowing nations to guarantee abortion, because I expected anti-abortion players to debate the topic. The variables in the treaty in this bill aren't worth debate - they're just about the system. If players change those laws, the rest of the system doesn't add up. |

It's not something worth debating every second and changing every second so that we have to restructure EVERYTHING every second - unless you're willing to stay online to do all that every time the law on police or military changes.
