Bill: Farming deregulation
Details
Submitted by[?]: Libertarian Alcoholic Party II
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2151
Description[?]:
After a lifetime of arable farming, Food and Agriculture Minister Gordon "Frop Crop" Herbman suggests that pesticide is a nifty device which makes farming easier and better. As a dedicated member of the Farmer's Federation, the LAP also respects the right of farmers to tweak their crops however they want too. Although this is also a poll-winner, the bill is not purely a populist move - we're pushing our own environment-skeptic, pro-farmer agenda as well as the will of the people. We've also added a bit of extra farm deregulation for good measure. |
