| Message | Mr. Speaker, The LPR's mania for disarming a peaceful country like Rutania is insensate to the highest degree. Such a stupid policy will only tempt opportunist nations with no scruples for law or justice to provoke Rutania. And when Rutania is provoked and she does not have any weapons to return the favor, what then? Should she depend on some other nation to rescue her? No. She must be able to defend herself.
