| Message | Mr Speaker, Firstly we would like to point out that the absence of a cabinet in no way is linked to the legislative actions besides their execution, and DUCE also wishes to state that the reason for the delay was a long deliberation. The President Albus Voritas diligently filled the role of the Premier, and we would also wish to state that there was no need for the overturn of the cabinet, and if not for the DCF's resignations the cabinet would still stand now. Thus we find it inappropriate to call for reelections at such an early stage. |

| Message | By the Constitution President cannot fill position of Premier. Article 16 says: If the Council of Ministers is not formed in 60 days after elections, new elections will take place. Former government resign, and 6 months after elections we do not have Cabinet. When DCF propose a Bill by which President is also Premier, you vote NO. That is your problem. By Constitution changes in 3330; President can only serve maximum of two terms. |
