Voting deadline: January 2153
Description[?]:
After being dealt the cruelest lot in life, some poor Deltarian souls thought that they finally had a lucky break. These hopes were cruelly dashed in the name of stability. While we commend the goal, the means are terrible. http://82.238.75.178:8085/particracy/main/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=153 The Valruzian Federation shall accept any and all Delatarian Refugees from the invasion of Lodamun, provided that they are not found to be guilty of any wartime atrocities in said nation. This shall keep genuine prisoners of conscience from being extradited. Furthermore: >>>> - The Deltarian Government will provide an amnesty for any and all Resistance Members who have actively supported terroristic anti-Deltarian activities in the past ; *on the condition* that those in any position of leadership or influence release a public statement to their followers expressing regret for their actions, and urging a policy of non-intervention in Deltarian Affairs. *Those who fail to comply will recieve no amnesty,* and brought before the International Tribunal.<<<< Any Lodamese citizens not complying with this shall automatically receive asylum in Valruzia. But groups, once admitted, shall receive protection from the Valruzian government and be allowed to start the citizenship process. |
