Message | Unfortunately the A-HS would not support a bill to all local authorities to 'reform and regulate education'. We support devolution however, we only support local government enforcing and operating local infrastructure when it comes to education. Our policy is not centralisation but complete localisation, however, when it comes to giving local authorities the power to decide about whether they should fund universities and pre-schools or whether or not they should teach sex education, we are dubious. We would consider this bill, but it goes against our policy. |

Message | We have issues with the sexual education. We feel that every student has the right to be informed equal to others and we also do not feel that testing policies should differ between regions. |

Message | We understand the good intention of this bill however, that after a member's ballot and poll, our Syndicate would fully support (and praises) only Articles 1 and 3. |
