| Message | Mr. Speaker, We propose a cut in the Environmental/Tourism as well as Finance Ministries to pay for an increase in funding for Infrastructure as well as Education. We personally do not see any reason why our Tourism budget need be as large as it is, and we feel that the monies which are spent on those ministries could be better spent fixing our nation's infrastructure, upgrading it to the modern world as well as educating the next generation of Hutorians. I yield. |
