| Message | I have recieved a message from the Likatonjas Republika saying this: TO: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Dolgava FROM: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Likatonijas Republika SUBJECT: Northern Seleya Alliance Minister Michelle Tomlinson, It is a pleasure to finally meet with the current Foreign Affairs officials and indeed any official from the Kingdom of Dolgava. It has been far too long since the Likatonian Republic and your honourable Kingdom have had official commincations regarding issues of mutual substance. The Likatonian Republic would like to formally invite you to consider joining the North Seleyan Alliance (NSA). This Alliance is structured to protect the nations of the coast of North Seleya, and this could potentially include your island of Karzon. Of course, the benefits of joining the NSA would extend to all of your Kingdom. As such, your nation would receive Section A member status, the highest ranked in the NSA. This means that you NEVER HAVE to become involved in a foreign war, and nobody will ever become involved in Dolgaria unless you request for help. It is a lofty position, and one that would fit the prestige of a Kingdom such as yours. Please consider the offer and the NSA and let us know what you think. We are very interested in developing stronger relations between our two countries.
