Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Riteniamo sia opportuno proporre un Governo composto dai soli partiti-membri del CLNI. Abbiamo cercato di assegnare i ministeri nella maniera più egualitaria possibile (pari numero di ministeri per ogni partito),tuttavia la distribuzione può ovviamente essere cambiata in base alle richieste degli stessi partiti-membri. Comitato centrale di RSC. (We believe it is appropriate to propose a government composed of members-only parties CLNI. We tried to assign ministries in a more egalitarian as possible (equal number of ministries for each party), but the distribution can obviously be changed according to the demands of these parties-members. | Message | No, il fatto è che nel distribuire i ministeri abbiamo cercato di equilibrare quanto possibile le varie assegnazioni, dando a ciascun partito almeno un ministero importante (tra essi abbiamo incluso anche il ruolo di Presidente dell'esecutivo, come consuetudine). Al PRI abbiamo assegnato il ministero degli Interni, che possiamo considerare, scusate la ripetizione, il ministero meno importante tra quelli importanti, solo perchè abbiamo anche preso in considerazione i risultati delle ultime elezioni. Comunque non vi preoccupate, avrete sicuramente modo di ottenere il ministero delle Finanze in futuro. Non si costruisce una reale alternativa per esclusione e mediante forzature legislative. Perciò chiediamoci: quale sarà il programma di questo governo? Lo appoggiamo tutti veramente? Noi proponiamo di mantenere i medesimi obiettivi del Governo di unità nazionale, nè più nè meno. Ad altre ricette non siamo interessati. (We vote yes not without misgivings. | Message | Siamo estremamente dubbiosi. Ritenevamo la soluzione migliore un governo di unità e conciliazione nazionale con QR, ma la loro fedeltà alla monarchia ha fatto naufragare questa soluzione, forse in maniera sin troppo veloce. Speriamo in un ripensamento, ma d'altra parte il paese ha bisogno di un governo. Dunque voteremo sì, pur con qualche riserva, ma per il bene dell'Unione. Dopo le elezioni sarà opportuno però valutare se proseguire con un blocco istaliano (con partiti peraltro molto lontani fra loro, difficile non notare come il PRI voti spesso assieme a QR) o pensare ad altre soluzioni. We are extremely doubtful. We felt the best way a government of national unity and reconciliation with QR, but their loyalty to the monarchy has wrecked this solution, in a perhaps all too fast. We seek a reconsideration, but on the other hand, the country needs a government. So we will vote yes, though with some reservations, but for the sake of the Union. After the elections, however, be appropriate to evaluate whether to proceed with a block istaliano (with parties which are very far apart, hard to miss as often votes with the PRI to QR) or think of other solutions. |
