Bill: Justice

Details

Submitted by[?]: Vereinigte Bewegung der Regionen

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 3353

Description[?]:

We believe that Dorvians who are accused of criminal actions abroad should be trialed in the nation where the crime took place. Furthermore, to our view this policy can only be implemented if our security forces are not allowed to use torture themselves.

MessageWhile our party disagrees with article 1 it agrees with article 2, therefore we have to vote against this proposition. If the MAB drafts a new proposal with only article 2, we shall happily vote in favour.
