| It is a God given right to bare arms and to buy, sell, and trade guns with others in a safe and secure fashion. We however understand that there are those that are unable to process the needed mental ability and or those who have show themselves not able to do good with weapons in the past that are not able to pocess weapons legeally and we know that may cause problems but we feel it is safer for the populace. Current: Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions.
Proposed: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.
