Whereas Mordusia is a culturally diverse nation with no state religion, Whereas the presence of a prayer service in a public classroom may alienate students, teachers, or parents, Whereas Mordusia is a nation in which citizens have the right to enroll their children in religious schools of all religion, Thereby resolved by this Act that educators may not lead students in prayer in state (non-religious) schools. |
