Message | Mr Speaker, Article 5 is the foundation block of a greater agriculture and gaining a whole new sector of finance. Although it may seen as immoral towards our people, we would like to remind that recreational drugs are already allowed by our current legislation. Therefore, by totally freeing it our country will win several things. Firstly, a recent research proved that restricted production and sales of recreational drugs are only taking big amounts to individuals. When we repeal those regulations, our government will fund itself more than current incoming taxes from hemp and recreational drugs. |
