Description[?]:
PAC believes that, whenever our glorious nation can, we as humans and peace-loving Dranians should provide our terran neighbours with aid. This aid should not necessarily be economic, it could come in other forms. Such as humanitarian aid through Dranian sponsored programs. As such, PAC proposes the following: The Establishment of a new governmental entity in charge of the evaluation process of this aid to poorer neighbour nations. This entity will be subject to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and shall decide what aid should be given to what country and the circumstances which said nation must meet in order to receive such aid. Said entity shall create the criteria that each candidate nation must meet in order to receive any aid. Said criteria must be valuated and approved by the assembly. All aid given to any nation must be strictly monitored by the official Dranian government in conjunction with the receiving nation's official government. The aforementioned entity shall be charged with the duty of supervision of said aid and must establish mechanisms to effectively allow the allocation of said aid the way it was planned on a case by case basis. Dranland shall not give any development aid if the receiving nation does not accept the conditions of Dranish supervision. Aid shall be separated into categories which shall be determined by the respective entity here mentioned. |

Message | The PAC seems to be a pro-authoritarian party, willing to take money from poor people here and give it to rich people in poor countries. You have no right to take money from the taxes of our citizens and give it to others; we already overspend and overtax and the PAC is only willing to do more and more. If our citizens themselves would like to help others, they shall donate to humanitarian organizations which monitor their supplies much better than any Dranian government could. -PR Chairman |

Message | "Taking money from poor people and giving it to rich people? How do you, Mr. Chairman, support these claims? Because, to be frank, there is no support to those ridiculous, exaggerated and defamatory claims. PAC has historically been and is a strong supporter of policies targeted at the weak and economically dependant of this glorious nation. Policies that are focused at helping those that need the most help in achieving a better life for themselves. You cannot claim those lies. the government has extremely low and fair taxes in place and the nation is running a fiscal surplus. What PAC is willing to do is promote a better world through programs that will actually help the poor and defenceless of Terra. Have you not read the brief description of this bill? This bill proposes that all aid be closely monitored to avoid corruption, stealing and mis-management of funds intended for foreign development programs that target the problems directly. This bill will not take money from the poor of this republic and hand it willy nilly to the rich and corrupt of other nations, that is illogical and goes contrary to PAC policies, objectives, and beliefs 180º. Also, it is not right to generalize Mr. Chairman, you should not paint such an innocent picture of humanitarian organizations. Granted, most do do good and generously and selflessly keep their goals and promises, some have been found criminally guilty of misusing said money and other such wrongs. And this Dranian government is more than able to complete what this bill proposes. Generalizations are always wrong and can lead to terrible decisions if they are taken with high importance, as you have clearly demonstrated. I suggest, Mr. Chairman, that you look closely at the facts and base your opinions of of said facts instead of generalizing and assuming. PAC is confident that this bill will pass, and as such, we take little importance to your uninformed and offensive comments. We shall await a better comment, if you so wish to make one. -Natalia DuFoe, Former Foreign Affairs Minister, PAC MP, Justice Advisor |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
