Messagefor the record, it's good to leave these puppies in debate for a while so they can be negociated. Opposed, we want our government to be able to refuse diplomatic relations with rogue nations, nations with a history of extencive abuses of diplomatic conventions, and those rabble who claim to have a country but we all know really don't. (OOC: Like the IRL PRC's relationship with Taiwan =) Im not saying it's a GOOD thing, but we ought to reserve the option)
