Bill: School Reforms

Details

Submitted by[?]: Traxian Imperial Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2152

Description[?]:

We believe that our escalting crime rate is directly related to how our children are educated.
By having proper discipline in classes children will grow up knowing thier place, and 'get away' with less than they do at present. Abusive behavior towards teachers, parents, and the general public is the responsiblity of the parents but teachers need to instill discipline in class to allow them to know who is 'boss'.
This will not cure the problem straight away but will hopefully have an impact in 5-10 years.
Also by banning home-schooling children will not be 'molly-coddled' at home and have limited social skills as a result. They may get bullied and such like but in that case it is the parents perogative to change the childs school.

Random fact: Particracy is set in the fictional world of Terra, which mirrors the real world of today and yet is not quite like it.

Random quote: "A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government." - George Washington
