MessageIf the effect of an input or method used in agriculture is purely unknown or is suspected to be harmful, its used will not be approved. Furthermore, the procedure for approving their use is entirely public and transparent. Requiring producers to list every GMO and chemical used in their activities effectively abrogates any prerogative to protect proprietary information in production, which will only harm consumers. If consumers are wary of the protection of producer secrets, they may elect to consume foods and beverages classified as "organic" through an independent, impartial process overseen and subsidized by agricultural authorities within national and regional governments.

Random fact: Periodically, it is a good idea to go through your nation's Treaties and arrange to withdraw from any that are unwanted.

Random quote: "The European Union and environmental advocacy groups use global warming hysteria to advance their own special agendas. The European Union recognizes any significant reduction in CO2 emissions by the United States will significantly reduce its economic output, thereby bringing it closer to the inferior output of European nations. Environmental advocacy groups work to stifle economic and industrial progress wherever they find it to inhibit the successful advancement of peoples in developing nations, inevitably making mankind a second class citizen of planet Earth." - Dr. Jay Lehr
