Certain people may choose to retire at either 66 or 67, they have either joined the workforce by the time of the passing of this bill or they are of legal working age at the time of the passing of this bill and can provide good cause for their choice. Anyone who is eligible to retire at 65 will remain so as this does not amend the Retirement Age Reform Act of 3356.
