Bill: Nobility Reform - 3372
Details
Submitted by[?]: Beluz Democratic Karavist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 3373
Description[?]:
My position should be merely symbolic. The issue of nobility, as it is a part of the constitution, should be a matter left up to the collective power of the members of the federal council, as a governnment organization, instead of just me. We should also make efforts to form a College of Nobility, to allow regulation of nobility to be closer to the people's hands, than just us existing aristocrats. I shouldn't have the power to just grant titles like that. Granting of titles should go through an objective approval process in the council, a special college, or both. - High Count Kristov III |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
