I'm afraid that those are they main things to cut. The only other main thing to sut is the military, which we will not cut. We could cut recycling programs if that would be more agreeable. I would like to point out that article is science related and we are only cutting out the subsidies for the program mentioned. Please also note that only government subsidies are being cut from Article 5.

MessageNo that has cut spending. We no longer spend any money on the subsidies. We aren't realigning them they are being cut out all together. The only places to cut are places that your party has been against cutting

MessageNo, you don't understand, the budget has to be changed through an independent bill, these types of articles literally don't do anything to the budget. You have to go to the cabinet page, at the bottom there's an executive actions link, scroll down to finance, and click "propose spending bill".
