| This bill is to field post election support for returning the abortion status to a sensible 2 trimester legality . Any Nation must have a sensible definition of life to apply rights and laws to, a centient living child cannot be considered the property of its parents thus we must define a point at which a fetus ceases to be a mere bundle of unintelligent cells and becomes an intelligent self aware organism worthy of protection by the state , birth seems an inadequate measure being mostly arbitrary in terms of the childs mental development . Even when weighed against the potential damage to the livlihood of th mother 2nd trimester abortions and adoption provide options for the vast majority of pregnancies |
