| Message | I could settle for changing the "mandatory" to "optional", as long as Unions are an option for workers, it should be their chocie weather to join or not, I was being a bit extreme with mandatory i must say. Unions are very important, they encourage better working conditions and unity in the work place. They also ensure that workers will not be taken advantage of by greedy business owners. There are no negatives to Unions. |
