| WHEREAS it is the right of every citizen to receive adequate energy services, we propose to nationalize the power industry. This will protect consumers and ensure that there will be no blackouts. When providing such an important service to the people, it is the responsibility of the government to guarantee that its citizens are serviced. The energy companies will be combined into the Hobrazian Energy Authority, which will supervise national energy production. This institution will be headed by the Minister of Infrastructure, though the HEA will be designed to sustain itself without constant government interference. |
