Details
Submitted by[?]: Technosocialist Front of Al'Badara
Status[?]: defeated

Description[?]:
PROPOSAL A - The conventional land mine has changed over the past few years and have, for the most part, been replaced by the more advanced intelligent munitions systems. By passing this bill, you grant the military access to these more advanced weapons and allow research on improving the land mine for future application. The use of land mines that when they are activated, can not be deactivated, is still banned, however. PROPOSAL B - The military should be legally permitted to intervene in extreme cases of violence, such as domestic terrorism. PROPOSAL C - 20 nuclear war heads have the power to wipe off the population of every living thing off an entire continent, regardless of if they land on government property or private property. The use of nuclear weaponry, in order to prolong the survival of the human race, must be restricted to justifiable acts of retaliation. PROPOSAL D - We can't just allow men who have committed various crimes against the people of Al'Badara to pay for their crimes by sleeping and eating. They must work in order to pay for their crimes! PROPOSAL E - We also can not show mercy to the men that show no mercy to the people of Al'Badara by committing crimes against humanity. The serial killing of men and women must and can only be made up by the death penalty. Mindless acts of terrorism should also be treated with the same attitude. |

Message | AL'BADARA IS ONE OF THE SMALLEST Nations in all of Terra. Our population density is one of the highest. We touch the Ocean on all sides. OUR DUAL ISLAND Democracy could be eliminated by a much smaller nuclear payload than 20 warheads. THEREFORE WE NEED A STRONG DETERRENT We are a Revolutionary Nation, and many other reactionary states wish to see us fail. We possess nuclear warheads, at great expense and detriment to our social services during the 3320's and 30's. Yet, in possessing them, we must make certain we never need use them, nor any other nation need use them against us. TO ONLY ALLOW NUCLEAR ATTACKS After another nations nukes us is to only allow self-defense following death. |

Message | Due to the steep political opposition I don't see the outcome of this passing, so I won't rebut your arguments. Plus the TFA doesn't have any weight in congress currently. |
