Message | Absolutely not. I believe whole heartedly in the separation of church and state. Needy ministers can apply for some kind of benefit or appeal to the charity of their institutions. Blurring the lines between religion and state leads us down a dangerous road. Let us not forget that religion, like nationalism, if often used to mask tyranny and keep the masses in check. |
