MessageThis might be a problem for students, who live far away from a city (f.e farmer children). Before voting,we would like to hear the opinions of the other parties.

MessageThere are no other "parties" in the Beluz Union.

We, the members of the Karav Dynasty, will vote "No" because we do not want to take away the right of some parents to choose to home-school their children.

The most we should do is ensure that they meet certain standards before being able to move on to a higher level of school (secondary for some, tertiaryf or all), that only an institution (college, university, etc.) can provide.

If a student is only home-schooled before high school, then the parents should ensure that he/she meets the requirements to enter a high school to be on par with the other students.
If a student is home-schooled right through-out the primary and secondary level, it is really up to the university to accept or reject the student as an applicant, and I'm sure they would do so based on an objective assessment of the student's qualifications.

Karavshire University gladly accepts many young students from rural areas, who have been home-schooled.
