Message | Sul secondo articolo potremmo sorvolare. Lo riteniamo sbagliato ma non talmente grave da pregiudicare l'approvazione di una proposta di legge. Sul primo articolo siamo tendenzialmente favorevoli: libera chiesa in libero stato, diceva un nostro avo (Camillo Penso di Carfour mi pare), e l'attuale legislazione in tal senso è quasi cesaropapista. Ma abbiamo delle perplessità enormi nell'accettare che le religioni che facciano "impresa" e "profitto" non debbano essere tassate? Questo non è "liberale", questo è un esenzione ingiustificata, un privilegio assolutamente ILLIBERALE, se vogliamo proprio dirla tutta. Dunque contrarissimi al terzo articolo, che pregiudica tutto. L'articolo 4, qualora ammettiamo, com'è ora, l'esistenza di scuole private e di tendenza, beh è accettabile. Una scuola religiosa dove non si prega non si può definire tale, per quanto abominevole il concetto stesso di scuola religiosa. |

Message | L'attuale legge parla di profitti, ed esclude espressamente le donazioni a fini caritatevoli. Le pare che un negozio di immagini sacre nella sacrestia di una chiesa non faccia profitti? O i commerci nei luoghi sacri? O più ancora le scuole religiose da voi tanto amate? Ovvio che, se di profitti non si tratta, quelli non vanno tassati. Avvolte si tassano beni di prima necessità, non nel caso della Istalia e non con noi a vigilare, ma poi si danno esenzioni così gravi e costose a superstizioni e sacerdozi. |
