Bill: Call for early elections, August 3395

Details

Submitted by[?]: Nrzi Prta (Democratic Party)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill requests an early election. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline. Elections will be held immediately if the bill passes.

Voting deadline: April 3396

Description[?]:

As it had become clear that there are a significant difference between our party and the Pirate Party on the issue of Pontesi's monarchy system. The Democrat Party have decided to formally withdraw from the government coalition. With the change of status quo, we believe that it is essential to dissolve the parliament and call for a new election to allow the people of Pontesi to decide again.

We, the Nrzi Prta (Democrat Party), call for early elections as soon as we can reach a consensus.

Random fact: The influence a bill has on elections decreases over time, until it eventually is no longer relevant. This can explain shifts in your party's position to the electorate and your visibility.
