MessageI'm somewhat concerned because this bill forces us to fund the ISA and currently the government leaves space issues to businesses under government oversight. This would require additional funds from the government, or it will rob funds from other research programs. Limitations placed on Lodamese companies might put a thriving aerospace sector at a competitive disadvantage by submitting it to additional international regulations outside the control of this Congress.

Additionally, the treaty grants the ISA the sole power to claim celestial bodies. Lodamun has any such claims, but the ISA shouldn't have the ability to claim territorty.

Sharing technology is fine, but Lodamun should restrict what technology is shared.

The URP would approve this treaty of notation is made that Lodamun does not ratify articles 3, 4, and 7.
