Bill: Weapon with responsibility

Details

Submitted by[?]: Common Liberty

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 3402

Description[?]:

A weapon is dangerous if it falls into the wrong hands. Therefore we propose that it should demand a authority to carry weapons. It's irresponsible to let uninformed peope carry a weapon.
The people in our country need to sleep safe in the nights, so we have to be shure that weapons don't fall into the wrong hands.

MessageAn armed society is a polite society. If you know that the person you insult may have a large caliber handgun on his person, you will probably be nicer to him or her; either that or you may qualify for a Darwin Award.
