MessageArticle 1 effectively eliminates any foreign travel by our citizens, as they cannot be admitted into another country without a passport. Articles 2 and 4 drastically increase the cost of running a government with no visible benefits. Article 3 could lead to tariffs being imposed on Likatonian goods without any means for our government to retaliate. Article 5 would be wonderful if we lived in a safe and sane world. Unfortunately, we do not.

Therefore, we must dissent.
