Message | One word: DETERRENTS We are without a doubt an ethical nation, we would never use nuclear arms, BUT it's essential to let certain rogue nations to think before they act. We support worldwide nuclear disarmament BUT until such a time all nations in Terra agree to such a treaty, we cannot take any risks. We will surely support any such treaty. |
