Bill: Divorce Reform Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: United Centrists
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2154
Description[?]:
We believe that our citizens should be given the right to a divorce. Couples sometimes make a mistake when they decide to marry each other, and a divorce is one of the most effective solutions. At other times a marriage may become abusive, and a divorce would allow the abused partner to escape the nightmare. In addition, we believe that either partner should be able to initiate a divorce. |

Message | Like the issue of pensions, the Socialist Party is thoroughly shocked with this state of affairs, as we had failed to notice this disgraceful area of Solentian law. We fully support the United Centrists' bill, urge all others to do the same, and thank them for bringing this to our attention! |
