Bill: Crusader's Sigil #3: On the betterment of the defence forces
Details
Submitted by[?]: Democratae Cruciani (Crusader Democrats)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 3406
Description[?]:
We are proposing these breathtaking reforms, inspired by our Barmenian allies, to create a vibrant, strong and independent warrior chaste for our glorious Empire, and to open up our military forces to innovative private entrepreneurs, who will seek to improve quality through free competition. We also see no wrong in letting women serve in the military, but we do believe that they should be made to serve in segregated units, for the sake of decency. |

Message | Private paramilitaries will be a massive step backwards for law and order in this country. However, we agree with adding women to the military, so we will be including that in a bill that we plan to introduce in due time. |
Date | 10:04:54, December 06, 2012 CET | From | Democratae Cruciani (Crusader Democrats) | To | Debating the Crusader's Sigil #3: On the betterment of the defence forces |
Message | Since every Selucian man and woman is allowed to own a weapon, we have a hard time seeing why paramilitaries should remain illegal. It's an unnecessary ban on extra defence forces, that could prove vital if our Empire was ever invaded. We'd support any proposal to let women into the military. |
