| Members of this most esteemed body, It is with the most regrettable news that I inform you that our once great friend and ally, The Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria, has fallen to what appears to be extreme left-wing communists. What was once thought unthinkable is now, I believe, our only option. The Holy Luthori Empire must end all diplomatic relations with this now rogue state until a time in which the rightful Imperial Family is once again on the throne. Should this motion pass we also propose that these measure be immediately undertaken 1. a. All travel to Hulstria from Luthori is hereby ceased b. All Luthorian and Royalist Hulstrians from Hulstria be given safe haven should they choose to flee. 2. A Naval task force be sent to provide security and stability as all Luthorian personal evacuate the country. This task force would also assist private citizens fleeing the country. 3. Closure of the Luthorian Embassy and cutting of all diplomatic relations between Luthori and the illegitimate government of Hulstria. 4. Imperial Fleets 4 and 5 be dispatched to the area to begin a blockade of the country. Imperial Fleet 6 be put on high alert, and that Imperial Fleet 3 be put on stand by. 5. That any further actions deemed necessary concerning this situation by the Privy Council and the Diet Cabinet, that this body gives approval for them to be carried out. A group of Bishops from the Luthoran Church of Hulstria has requested that Luthori act to end the persecution of Hosians, both Luthorans and Selucian Patriarchals, in Hulstria and Gao-Soto. | Message | OOC: Luthori, as the home of the IML, has historically always been the refuge of Monarchist across Terra. So if there are monarchist in the movement, and they support restoring the Kaiser then the movement could of course be based in Luthori. |

| Message | OOC: Of course the 15th September Movement are largely monarchist. I play them, and the HDV (my previous party that forms the movement's core, was as monarchist as any Hulstrian, so I first of all want the Rothingren-Traugotts back. Seeing as I have no control over the Okatori Clan, I might not be able to reinstate the dual monarchy, so that would end my problem of having to deal with that. For RP purposes, however, I need to bring Hulstria and Gao-Soto back, it's the only realistic action. Sad though it may be, Greater Hulstria is probably a thing of the past as they have managed to increase the Gao-Showa numbers in the Cultural Protocol) |
