MessageAlthough we believe that some degree of governmental control is necessary for the maintenance of society's stability, we think that at this moment we should remove excessive regulations to stimulate the private sector.

However, we're somewhat unsure about article 4. It seems to dangerous to allow such kind of activity by the citizens, and it can lead to an undesirable increase in murder rates, or even to an excuse for murderers in their trials.
