| It is time to reform the legal practices of this nation to reflect that of a people that value freedom. Article I - we should not make men face tyranical regimes in far away lands. Article II - Disputes and violence will sometimes arise in disputes, we'd be better off allowing this to be resolved legally and with mutually agreed to rules. Article III - Prison is a punishment and should seem as such. We already spend large sums of money on prisoners, we could reduce this by making their punishment doing some work for the state. Article IV - Titles of nobility can be positively used by the head of state to bestow honor upon accomplished members of our society, these can also be used as a thank you from the state. Article V - For article iv to be effective we must remove the hereditary nature of noble titles. |
