| Message | Mr Speaker, I would point out that the proposed government, of which the parties would have a total of 245 seats, would be a minority government. Additionally, the Conservative Party of Rutania does not believe that the Urban Party of Rutania and the Libertarian Freedom Party gained enough votes to justify their participation in government.
