Description[?]:
I salute the ongoing courage of the Londamun people's and their Government who have heroicly held out against Deltarian agression for what has become too long now. For various reasons the unnaceotable peace treaty proposed by the Deltarians has fallen through and the advent of Dorvik peace keeping troops entering Londamun is now looking impossible. Thus as President of Dorvik i have proposed an aid package to Londamun that will include; 1. A constant supply of Food aid (Surplus from Dorvik agricultural produce) 2. The delivary of 8,000 new X-50 assualt rifles for the use, in anyway they see fit, of the Londamun Army. 3. Oil Aid - On demand at a cut rate price of only 20% the actual price. 4. Medical Aid - including supplies and 1,000 Dorvik Cross volunteers. 5. Infrastructure aid - Including Information on techniques and structures and also 200 Enginerring volunteers. This Aid package also offers Londamun refugees residence in our nation and Londamese Air Force the right to re-fuel and land at 2 designated Air Force bases in Dorvik. This may seem a rash decision but it is well thought out, this is not a declaration of war against Deltaria as many will 'cry' but it is simply an aid package for a nation in need. If peace is signed then Deltaria can expect similar favours. I look forward to the Londuman response |
