| Message | The central bank needs to remain to compete with the KFS. If the central bank is closed, the Karavs will dominate the banking sector. While they would love this, it is against the BLSP's principles to allow it. The competition, from the central bank, helps to keep the Karavs in-check, and this allows them to regulate their performance and service quality to keep competition good with banks in other countries. | Message | Remember that the currency (Beluz) is what this bloc is based on. We all share the same currency, and that is what unites us as an economic bloc. Apart from the Karavs, the central bank is the only organisation which issues our currency. If the central bank is abolished, the KFS will become the new central bank in Beluzia, just like they did in Gaduridos when they got rid of their other banks. The central bank should be kept under our control, on behalf of the people who we democratically represent. Who knows what the Karavs can do if they get control of the banking sector?
