| The nation of Baltusia hereby reaffirms that its national culture is loosely based upon Cuban/Latin American/Spanish culture with a slight intrusion of American/English culture according to the Cultural Protocols at http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4374 Character naming: Spanish, as this represents the considerable majority of Baltusia's population. However, since Baltusia does have some immigrants from a number of other nations including some Polish, English, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Native American and Maori names would also be acceptable. Cultural origins and influences: RP Elements and agreements inspired by this bill (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=239463). Baltusia has a Cuban/Latin American/Spanish culture. Native Baltusian 'Amerindian' people live especially in Terrarokka. The native tribes have their own set of cultures, which is based around millennia old traditions, mainly inspired by the Amazon tribes as well as Inca, Maya, Native American and Maori. Native Baltusian names are based on Native American and Maori names. Demographics: - Baltusian (Spanish) 65% - 'Native Baltusian'/Terrarokkan (Native American/Maori) 15% - Valruzian (Polish) 7% - Tukarese (Chinese/Japanese) 4% - Lodamese (English) 4% - Istalian (Italian) 4% - Gaduri (Spanish/English/Chinese) 1% *Please note, these numbers, while not stagnate, should not fluctuate wildly. Large demographic changes should only occur with an extensive RP, and consent of all involved. Religious influences: Mainly Hosianism (Christianity) and Patriarchal Churches (Catholicism) but also present is a strong Atheist sense among the people, as well as indigenous beliefs.
