| This bill asks for the ratification of the Treaty for the Protection of Endangered Animals. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. Solentia is already in compliance with this treaty. The Foreign Minister feels that, while it is a relatively simple document, it is also of immense importance on both ethical and environmental grounds. |
