From | Deltarian Conservative Party | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | Awh but there will be more jobs as the rich can invest more, the previous taxes weren't right to tax the rich at over 60%. Also there are cuts to lower incomes as well but you must have over looked that. |

From | Right to Choose Party | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | We oppose as the cuts on the low-income citizens, who provide much less taxes to the government than the rich ones, have not been modified significantly at all. We believe that the cuts made for the rich people far exceed the ones made for the rest of the citizens, being that the reason of our negative response and not the taxation change itself. |

From | Workers Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | The rich will not invest the money they get back... they will put it in high interest rates savings accounts and make more money. Please, the answer from every conservative is the same... Actually look at the facts before speaking utter rubbish. |

From | Deltarian Conservative Party | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | You my friend are the definition of a communist. My party also has given significant cuts to the lower classes before ask the NC they know. You believe on re-distribution of wealth, you've stated it before, that is communism/socialism and if that is what you pursue by all means pursue you have that right. My party will oppose you all the while. |

From | Workers Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | Once again they go on about rights, when they are stripping the working classes. I am a communist and proud of it. And people of our nation are starting see the injustice in capitalism. Come the next elections and we will see my party gain seats in the house. Then when we have some leverage you will not get away with this disgusting unjust taxation plan and all the other working/labour rights you have quashed. Conservatives are children who have a had a poor upbringing, they believe in Capitalism, Nationalism, Free Will.... News flash there is no free will... You are not genetically born a conservative are you? NO! The environment and upbringing is what makes you so. Nationalism is another form of Jingoism and we all no where that leads.. And you think the workers are genetically inferior to the rich dont you? Well we can sum conservatives up in one sentence.. Selective Breeding, Scare Mongering, Evil, Capitalist that wish the lower classes of society remain in there 'place' and continue to work for the profits of the old decaying political system. You, are the definition of a reactionary inter-bred oppressor. |

From | Workers Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | The USSR collapsed due to a mixture of things, Chernobyl crisis, fall of the Berline Wall etc... it would have continued had Gorbachev stopped the anarcho-capitalist brethren destroying the wall etc. |

From | Workers Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | Incorrect I'm afraid. The profit motive was eliminated in many nations and has even been scientifically proven through social changes in society. Capitalism is a failed concept... It is practically on the verge of collapse. Communism doesn't take peoples desires, passions and hope away from them... It gives them all of those things. Thats really funny coming from a Socialist Democrat (Centre-Left). Your ideology is a form Trotskyism which is a slower transition to socialism and communism. Maybe you should call yourself a conservative, you are trying to preserve the old capitalist society in all fairness... Call yourself the Centre-Right? |

From | Interim National Democratic Congress | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | The NC belongs to the radical centre, we're socialists for the good of the people and not at all communists or trotskyists.
I seriously doubt there's even one example of a successfull communist nation (china is not communist) |

From | Workers Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | The argument of sanctioned is lame? Really? Uhmmm lets see how this nation would do if national trade stopped with other nations? How can Communism have growth without international trade? your statements make no sense... Name one nation that is Communist and hasn't been sanctioned. |

From | Interim National Democratic Congress | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | The communist system claims that people should be satisfied and as advancement towards the utopian ideal is made, there'll be happiness for the general populace
But all that the system gave was restriction of freedom, and even famines (history presents us with the exmples of Mao and Stalin's regime for this)
Let's even assume that the system is supposed to work, but, human nature will never allow it to work and the moment you try to curb the freedom of the people in order to discipline human nature, you have calls for new anti-communist revolutions |

From | Interim National Democratic Congress | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | I was answering your first question about success? I was answering
Answer to your second question:
Communism by theory should work by itself, any outside intervention shouldn't hurt its' system to a huge extent after all |
Date | 19:59:35, January 02, 2013 CET |
From | Workers Party of Deltaria | To | Debating the Income tax proposal of April 3418 | Message | Lets be technical then shall we. There hasn't been a communist nation. Only Socialist ones. And all socialist nations have achieved equality, better rates of pay, free education, free health care, free food, extensive welfare systems, the first ever women's suffrage enactment. The USSR was catching the west up until Gorbachev decided its wasn't catching up as fast. He was a force of reaction that took everything away from the true revolutionaries. When the USSR was established, income per capita was 10 times less then the US average. By the end of the USSR it was only half of the US average. That is progress, the USSR was proof that with trade countries under socialism prosper! |
