This situation threatens the security of our nation and it is time that we take actions, bold actions to defend ourselves and prepare for whatever may come. Nicholas McCray President of the Federal Republic of Deltaria Hon. Chairman of the Whig Party Article I All Valruzian citizens within Deltaria shall be forcibly deported, and shall be subject to questioning if deemed suspicious. Article II Any Deltarian citizens with Valruzian connections must register with the Justice Dept, under penalty of arrest for failure to do so, all ties shall be examined. Article III All communication with Valruzia shall be henceforth banned unless authorized by the Deltarian military. |

| Message | This bill cannot be accepted. The Valruzians have accused of declaring the death penalty which isn't true at all and was only declared by some extremists. If they remove our citizens and engage in the policy of an eye for an eye, we'll reach nowhere and relations between nations will deteriorate.
