Description[?]:

Madam Speaker, many of my Constituents have been speaking to me about an issue that may be distressing for some members. Prostitution is something few people are comfortable talking about, yet many of my Constituents feel disgusted and violated that networks of legalised brothels are popping up all over Valdor, like some kind of sinister chain shop. These are things they simply don't not want in their neighbourhood, yet the blanket legalisation of Prostitution robs them of the freedom to say no, not here, not in our town, not in our Province. While we accept that in the current political climate it is all the rage to promote the enjoyment of a few over the discomfort of the many, we do believe that it is local government rather than the centralised state that should decide on these things. We do not seek to rob those in other regions of their right to engage in sexual exploitation of women, but we in Valdor believe it is the right of the Provinces to decide if and how prostitution should be regulated.

Governor Adolfo Conrado Aníbal Rafael MP
First Minister of Valdor

MessageMadam Speaker, prostitution - or the selling of one person's body for the gratification of another - ought to play no part in a civilised society. The lives of many women are ruined by this. However, we believe anti-prostitution laws should be enforced with compassion, and that the onus should be on punishing rich punters rather than the penniless wretches caught plying their trade.

MessageMr Speaker, regardless of the fact that we oppose regulating prostitution, Mr Maddocks is obviously a bigot for he wishes to enforce 'morals' upon rich people only, which means that he divides the Dranish into two groups: Those who he deems inherently bad from his ultra-left wing point of view because they happen to have earned a fortune, and those which he relieves from all kind of self-responsibility because he is sympathetic to their circumstances of living. This world view is appalling to any sane citizen who believes in equality before the law.

Random fact: Players are expected to behave in a courteous, co-operative manner and make a reasonable effort to act with the consent of all players involved, even where the rules do not make consent strictly necessary. In particular, players have a responsibility to take reasonable care that other players are not misinformed either about the role-play or the Game Rules.
