| My party is pro firearms. But here are our rules: 1 - People have the right to own firearms unless they have a criminal history or are insane 2 - Guns may only be used on private property and preferably in specialised shooting ranges 3 - When guns are carried from one place to another they *may not be hidden on the person* 1 is already the law, 2 would be if it was implemented and 3 is this bill. We want to ensure that firearms are only used legally, for training and property protection as well as a line of last resort against a tyranical government. When people go about hiding guns in their clothing we will assume they are up to no good and the police may aprehend them. Guns are not for settling scores or for robbing shops, so support this bill! |

| Message | Openly = over the shoulder for a rifle or in a holster for a handgun. The idea is that we want it to be a crime when someone is stopped by the police and they are found to be hiding weapons in their clothing. Why? Because firearms are a civil liberty but not a way of life in the city. Making people wear them openly will make it less common in public. As we really want guns to stay at home or be carried to and from shooting clubs. |
